Placed an order on Nov 20, got an email stating my order had shipped November 23, I sent an email Nov 27 asking for a tracking number, then called and emailed again Nov 28, I received a response back November 29 stating a tracking number would be provided soon buts it's now December 8 and still no tracking number.
Ill be initiating a credit card charge back if I don't get an update with the next couple of days.
