“Top 3 worst hair cuts I ever had”

Great clips at Corolina Beach Road and Independence in Wilmington NC. James who cut my hair twice before really butchered my hair. I don't know why, I just wanted it shorter than before. He shaved the sides but left the top way too long. I had to have him recut the top several times. Very uneven. My 12 year old dog barked at me when I got home. My wife said it looked like it was butchered
