Great website, many styles and sizes to choose from, very user-friendly.
Quality of clothes is very high and price tag is very attractive.
They have wonderful customer service as well. I've ordered stuff for my husband and when it's arrived it turned out to be too big in size. I've returned the clothes to the Land's End and they've exchanged them for smaller size without saying a word of objection.
I would defenitely recommend this site for safe and pleasant online shopping.

I've ordered a handbag there, a replica of D&G.
First of all, once I've payed, they said that they don't have the bag I've ordered in stock (it is still on their website though). VERY bad. They told me that they're replacing my bag with a "similar" bag and I've told them not to replace anything without sending mepictures and description first. Then communication stopped and renewed only after I told them that I would write bad reviewes about them on every site and in every online community I know (and I know a lot!). It took them a week to send me the pictures and description. It looked fine and so I told them to send the bag.
When it has arrived it looked NOTHING like a good quality leather handbag (with a pricetag $200, BTW!)
By no means the quality of this product can be called "5 star replica" or "high quality replica" and cost $200!
1) The bag smells awful! Nothing like a smell of real high-quality leather. It smells chemicals and glue, I had to hang it out on a balcony because the whole apartment smells like factory now.
2) I know what a good lambskin is. This bag is NOT made out of it. The leather is rough, poor quality.
3) "Golden D&G charms with chain" - never got any.
4) Hardware is of a very poor quality. Very Very Poor even.
5) The lining of the bag is badly stitched and is a very poor quality as well.
6) The plate inside says "Dolce&Cabbsna" on it. What is up with that CABBSNA?!

To wrap up - the bag is awful, very cheap looking and you can - literally - smell a fake milles away.

Of course... when I've raised this issue with their "custom service" I've gotno reply...

Dont buy there ANYTHING, it's just not worth your money.
