“Returns are a hassle.”

I adore most products by Fenty but I cannot abide having a rash on my face and neck and being told to just return it and no sorry about your inconvenience.
Not to mention how much I buy from these people, this was in totality may be $45 but at the end of the day I have a rash all over my neck and no one cared to delve further into which product caused it let alone a refund.
I'm not purchasing anymore.
I'll go thru Sephora instead.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been wonderful to know that at 45 years old my face would look like it did when I was 15 and high school after using those face products... Embarrassing embarrassing and embarrassing it was Christmas and my face looked like a dark board my neck looks like I rubbed poison oak all over it and no one seemed to care 1 little bit. So if you're looking for compassion empathy or a reasonable conversation about a refund I would not advise ordering from these people unfortunately....

Products used:
The fanty body butter drop is the best I've ever used. Also the SPF face lotion I believe its visor is also very good. Aside from that I will leave the fat water out definitely, The reset cream was the main problem yet the product I wanted to work the most.
