Very very helpful and patient with me, Knew the product and explained issues very well. One of the best support people yet. Would love to have her help with future issues.
My main issue was not with the service I received today but with Yodle itself. I cannot fathom how they can release a website for publishing when it hasn't been developed to reflect the business owner. I do not believe Yodle is Real Estate savvy or this would have been a major consideration.
Fortunately, my customer support gal today was able to understand and has paused my website until we get it looking professional with content which speaks to the knowledge base of the business. Thank you.
