We ordered a rug from Benuat. They first sent us the wrong rug. We asked to have it replaced with our original order, which they said they couldn't do and said that we would need to order it again. Second, they sent us a return order for PostNL. We went to drop it off, but not a single of the PostNL drop-off point took the rug. We then called and complained that PostNL doesn't take this, so they said they had booked us with a different carrier and that the rug would be picked up. The carrier hasn't contacted us, so we complained again, and neither has the rug been picked up. Called again and asked for an acknowledgement about the carrier pick up, only to be hung up on and our number blocked. Then called from another number to be hung up on again. I am now stuck with a rug that I don't want. So I will pursue legal action for the harassment and to get my money back.
