I was hoping not to have to write a review here, but I am afraid I must. I see that DressLily is responding to complaints on this site so it is my only hope to reach them. I have written them 3 times in an attempt to return several items I purchased from them. I bought one coat, three dresses and a pair of boots. The boots fit and are good value for money so I kept them, however all clothes were way too small despite having used the correct sizing charts. I now have 2 support ticket ID's but no response from DressLily. I want my money back for items that were misrepresented size wise on their website. As a note aside, the clothing looked lovely, if only I could have worn the items all would have been great
