I have purchased several fixtures and supplies for over 20 years to great satisfaction. My purchase today is for fixtures I purchased many years ago, but for another room. My recent customer service experience with Tiffani has been outstanding.
Online order not delivered. No explanation. Yet I will not be refunded the delivery fee nor the prepaid tip I foolishly paid the driver. Ridiculously bad service. You've lost this customer as well as the confidence of any prospective customer who reads this review. Is that what you want?
