I placed two separate orders. I put in my Po. Ox for the first one and I received an email that I have to give a street address. After supplying that my trees arrived ready to plant in two days. On the second order I forgot to put the street address so I was also emailed and I supplied the street address again but then a week went by and no trees. I had to call 3 times to reach someone and it was taken care of. Here's a solution: when someone uses a PO Box # for an address, which I even use when ordering dozens of chicks every year, please indicate on your website, like Amazon does, that you do not ship to a post office. That might help.
