If a scammer by the name of Robert Rich emails you from r o b e r t. *******@affluenttrade.com do not respond and do not click on any links you receive. Report the email and block immediately. I was contacted by Robert, clearly not his real name, and he was extremely pushy, overly nice but also spoke at speed in attempt to stop me from asking questions about how the hell he got my details. Once I questioned his motives he became angry, abusive and threatening. Robert's emails go so far as to list this very website sitejabber.com as a website that gives him credit for doing a great job.

You will receive phone calls from from the country you reside in because it makes the scammers calls appear genuine by mimicking caller ID as closely as possible to the phone number they are placing the call to. This way scammers like Robert Rich can trick more of their targets into answering the phone. This technique is called spoofing. Spoofing is a common technique that is used by attackers like Robert Rich. Spoofed calls appear to originate from someone or somewhere other than the actual source so scammers like Robert Rich are probably calling you from Nigeria but it looks like a local call.
