Crystal not only listened (!) but continued to verify as she moved thru the coloring and cutting process. 40+ years of desiring a really good cut, someone who actually listened - I have finally found a "home". Have ordered 2-3 times, product is exactly as described, brand name & cost effective. Shipping time takes longer than stated but Pakistan is a long way from here. I will order again, they consistently do as they say. E-mails are promptly answered. Only reason for not giving a "5" is the extended delivery time - otherwise - Abroad Pharma is a "10"!
