I purchased two Chanel bags within months of each other and one of the bags the handle completely came off. I've called several times the customer service and left numerous messages and no one calls me back. In addition, I sent and email and no one replied. Had I known this company was so unprofessional and definitely not a reliable company I would have never purchased the bags. I'm even wondering if the bags are authentic. I do not suggest buying from them.

To clarify, your bag was purchased a year ago, and the situation you described only arose recently. You requested that we cover the repair costs, but our company cannot be held responsible for damages to a bag purchased a year ago – as is the case here. We provided you with recommendations for repair services as well. And yes, all our bags are authentic but pre-owned, and your bag is also pre-owned, which makes it more fragile compared to new ones.
