I've never been so unhappy with a company ever! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
I ordered 6 tshirts with Black Lives Matters messages almost 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive my shirts. I choose their site for their many options and the fact that I was buying so many shirts that made having variety important. But if I had known it would take most of the summer to get the shirts I would NEVER had given them a penny.

On top of this, I don't believe that there is anyone actually following up on customer service complaints. When I have sent them customer complaints, I get form emails back. And when I send back well written, descriptive emails that tell them specifically what the issue is and ask them for a specific action in return, again I get pre-written, formulaic email that promises results within a certain timeframe but does not deliver. There is no customer service at all. They've simply taken my $155 and not fulfilled my order.
