Outer mailing wrapper was sealed. Three vials inside sealed. Box torn open. Made a complaint no answer. Should be better for $93.00.

I like this store but won't shop here anymore. They will put 25 renewal on your car even if you don't want it. The charge appeared on a card I never use and the phone number they give you tried to sell you stuff without handling the problem. This happened to me before and they wouldn't discuss the issue because o could not remember my old address. Ripoff

On 11-14-21 I received 2 packages from chewy.com. I was in the garage and heard a huge noise thought it was a car accident. I went out and the FedEx truck was leaving. Called for him to stop but he ignored or didn't see me. The driver broke my porch chair in at least 8 pieces. Couldn't count the smaller ones too smashed up. I called both chewy and fed ex to complain. Nothing was done. I called again in January fed ex would do absolutely nothing because I couldn't find my complaint number. Chewy wouldn't do anything they resent a complaint to FedEx but nothing happened. I tried online to complain but they needed the tracking number from the box which I used for gifts. Here's my question. If they are a worldwide delivery company. How come I have to furnish numbers to them. Don't they know where they were. I bought a new chair but FedEx should have paid for it. For 25 dollars they made an enemy. When they're worth millions. I don't deal with FedEx or chewy either anymore.

Tip for consumers:
FedEx does not keep records how do they know where they're going. Wouldn't give refund for broken shattered porch chair because I didn't find complaint number Don't they keep records customer service awful didn't go anything . Ceo did not reply to email. They are horrible break people's property and think nothing of it. Very poor management

I ordered from chewy and FedEx broke my porch chair and wouldn't pay for it. Driver should be fired. 11-14-21. Shelby twp mi. Co. is so cheap

I hope my pets never get lost everytime i made a change address phone whatever I indicated it on the paper renewal form just paid by mail for one of my dogs renewals when I looked at the website none of the changes I made were indicated wrong address wrong vet wrong phone wrong other contact phone when I checked the other pets the renewals hadn't been done as all of the info was old terrible and unreliable if one of them got lost no one would be able to contact me defeats the whole purpose
