“Rubbish service”

I had ordered 10 pairs of gloves and the delivery came in today after two months, with a pair of ladies green socks in a filthy packing, i have been e mailing them, but no reply, this is rubbish company,
More than £ 70.00 is lost, i dont know who is responsible
