I would give a 0 if I could. This merchant is not reputable. Don't be bothered. When trying to get a response about an equitable store credit after a return-I got none. They don't do refunds so they can easily resell your returned merchandise and not issue the credit of what you spent. You won't be able to speak to a live person so after sending multiple emails to multiple addresses-I gave up. Sent the dispute letter and screenshots in to my bank and Amazon pay because you see women lie, men lie, numbers don't and neither do screenshots. How petty to hold a few dollars on my credit hostage-I rather not to do business at all...
