Purchased 220 items from a shop (ABXMAS Gifts Store) with 97.1% positive reviews of 1,862 total reviews. I'm now confident that the majority of these reviews are fake or bought. When I reviewed their one star ratings, they are rife with product quality and customer service complaints. 20 of my items were not sent out at all, despite being marked as included in one of the 4 parcels they shipped. 40 of my items were completely the wrong style. And probably close to 50 others were damaged.

I contacted the store immediately upon receipt of my first two packages where it was apparent to me that they had sent the 40 incorrect items. They assured me that the all of my items would be in the remaining two packages, despite my concerns.

When I received the final two parcels and realized that my original concern was correct, my 40 items were of the wrong style, as well as recognizing that 20 items of a different style were missing altogether I reached out to the seller again. In my initial contact, I had already sent a photo depicting the incorrect style, so I just reiterated this was still the case after receiving all shipped parcels as well as informing them of the 20 missing items. I wasn't even going to complain about the 50 or so damaged items. I just wanted my money back or my items that I had paid for and not received (60 items in total).

The seller totally brushed me off. They just kept saying that their shipper had sent all my items and pretending that I hadn't sent the photo depicting the incorrect style, despite even sending that same photo back to me in a later message.

They're refusing to offer any solution or acknowledge any wrongdoing and now they're demanding that I send them photos of the other 160 items I did receive, despite me not initiating any complaint or dispute regarding these items.

I opened a dispute with AliExpress for refund, which they immediately rejected with no feedback. I sent inquiries asking what evidence they expected from me with no response. I sent screenshots of tracking and my order confirmation with photos of the styles purchased as well as the photo of the items I received but did NOT order.

At this point, I will likely just have to attempt a chargeback with my bank. This store and seller ABXMAS Gifts Store is completely dishonest and disreputable, and at this point they have even removed the items I purchased from their store entirely, making me extremely confident that this whole storefront is run as a scam.

Extremely disappointed in AliExpress as well for not honoring any of their buyer protections and for supporting scamming and disreputable sellers.

Despite having made purchases from about 50 different AliExpress stores in the past, this experience with terrible store and customer service treatment has made me hesitant to ever use their platform again as I obviously have zero protection of my funds through them and zero guarantee that I will receive the products I paid for. I will also be recommending to all other users not to support this untrustworthy marketplace.

I recently helped my elderly aunt purchase a stove for her vacation rental that she operates near her home. She wanted to have it delivered and installed all by professionals, and their gas runs off of propane, so it needed a propane conversion. No problem, you see, Best Buy offers this hand add on: "Delivery + Gas Range Installation with Liq Propane Conversion (Licensed Professional) & Required Parts"; that's word for word from the check box on their site when adding items to your cart.

So I double check that I have selected all of the appropriate boxes (I selected everything except for Geek Squad protection), and proceed with the purchase. We scheduled the delivery for a window after a tenant checked out and on a day where there isn't an immediate check in. My aunt is on scene to handle the delivery, install, and haul away with the professionals.

Unfortunately, I get a call. The technician is telling my aunt that we're missing some parts and that we were supposed to have purchased them separately.
1. How would we know this? It isn't listed anywhere, and it's not as if we already have the stove in our possession so as to refer to a manual.
2. The add on for install that I purchased literally states "AND REQUIRED PARTS".? So it's supposed to come with all required parts.

The technician is understanding and tells us that it's probably just an error on Best Buy's part and that once they send us the parts, they'll have him come out again to finish the install. He says that he will be calling Best Buy right away and informs us that we should hear from them regarding a resolution shortly.

An agent calls us back and accepts literally zero responsibility and basically just says sucks to be you guys, you're screwed, should have bought those parts that we never mentioned anywhere separately somewhere, sorry that you're not omniscient, etc. We bring up the purchase of installation including "REQUIRED PARTS", and she literally says, "well I don't see '& required parts' on my end" while we're staring at the language on the product page of their website. Infuriating.

She offers no help at all. Not even information on where to acquire said parts, what they need to be, etc.

Total scam. I've reached out to some consumer rights attorneys, because it is such a blatant false advertising campaign to solicit purchases. I can't even believe it.

So now the vacation rental has no stove and can no longer be booked until this is resolved, Best Buy has taken zero accountability, and I don't even know where to begin finding a resolution. Buyer beware!

This site is running a scam. They advertise a product that is literally NOTHING like what you receive, then require you to ship your return to China paying more than you paid for the product in shipping costs. Essentially making it so that you'll either end up having to pay more to the shipping company, or else this scam site will keep your money. Obviously most people are likely to just throw the product in the garbage and eat the loss rather than pay additionally for return shipping for not even a guaranteed refund.

See photos for what I ordered vs what I received. I cannot believe that paypal supports this business. It's awful and has made me lose significant trust in them. Additionally, paypal offered no additional recourse and expected me to pay to ship the return to China. They even provided me a name and an address containing Chinese characters to use for shipping... HOW THOUGHTFUL. UGH. I can't describe how awful this company is and how mad the amount of effort I have had to put into this interaction for literal garbage has made me. No response to my emails. Didn't even bother to send me the right color of garbage.

Like so many others here, tried to log in one day to see that my account had been suspended. Tried emailing and got a bunch of cookie cutter responses about how I was reported as using their site for "journalism opportunities". Wtf. Not doing any research related to this, was only using for personal use. They made some comments about not being able to tell me what or why they came to this conclusion, because it could be seen as "coaching" people as to how to circumvent their terms. But I've contacted them repeatedly ever since just to ask that someone actually review my account and messages, because the claim is patently false, and it has been complete radio silence.

This site is full of lots of scammers and creeps, as others have also mentioned. I suspect that, if my account was actually reported at all, it was by a bunch of whiny, spurned profiles that didn't like that I wasn't using the site as a prostitute or that I'm just not looking to jump into having sex with people. Super dumb experience. CS may as well be non-existent. The fact that they make the guys pay for this is awful. Don't get roped in. It's a joke. A bad one at that.

These are the messages I received from CS. Never received any other replies with any info other than this. And the last 5 messages I have sent have been completely ignored by CS (it has been over the course of a month, so not like they haven't seen them).

This business owner does not care about their customers at all. I have made three total purchases from here. Two small ones where they deceptively earned my trust, and then one very large one. My package arrived torn open with two items having leaked all over everything else, and SEVEN items missing entirely. I first attempted to contact the business owner via email, received no response for a week (two additional follow up emails were sent by me during this time). I panicked and reached out to the admin of the selling group where I first saw the business and she directed me to the seller's personal facebook. I sent another message here which went completely unanswered. Panicking further, I went back to the website and attempted to reach out via the "text" option. I finally received a response here (this was 7 days after my initial contact and now only 2 days before Christmas - some of these items were intended as gifts). My prior attempts at contact were completely dismissed with an excuse about having an email that deletes messages and photo evidence was requested. I had already provided all of this in the emails that I had sent previously, but I resent it all nevertheless. I was offered a refund for the 7 missing items and one of the damaged items. When I reminded them of the second damaged item, that was refunded as well, but they absolutely refused to refund the $15 shipping charge. I NEVER would have made this purchase if I had known that I would be paying so much in shipping for so few items. I made this very clear to the person I was speaking with. They took ABSOLUTELY ZERO responsibility and pawned all of the blame off on USPS. This might have been reasonable had the package been packed exceptionally well, but it was NOT. There was absolutely no protective packaging outside of a small plastic bag that contained a pocketbac holder and some car scents. The remaining items were completely unprotected, not even tape to hold the seals. There was one other item that had been "adjusted" for shipping and this was a hand soap, which had just been wrapped in saran wrap. This very hand soap being one of the leaking items, arriving to me more than half empty, and coating everything else in the package with soap. The business made it very clear that keeping me as a customer was not of any importance to them. Please spend your money elsewhere. These people are awful. Even in my very small scale sales, I would NEVER dream of punishing a REPEAT customer with a shipping charge when they clearly did not receive what they had ordered, so that tells me really all I need to know about what kind of people they are here. I was very polite and provided everything they would need to file their claim too. I've attached screenshots of the relevant parts of my text conversation as well as photos from the shipment (the photos of the in tact items are after I've reattached lids that had come off and are intended to depict the soap scum all over everything as well as the terrible shape the wax melts arrived in due to the lack of packing supplies).

Tip for consumers:
Shop somewhere else. Don't let the cheap prices lure you in.
