I ordered a dress from Bossy Snob, and after a month, they contacted me saying that it was no longer being manufactured. I was ok with that, but asked for a refund. Then, they vanished into thin air - they could not be reached by phone, email, etc. So, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau, and Bossy Snob assured me that the money would be refunded. The BBB closed the case, but I still didn't receive anything. Still looking for an avenue to get my money back. They are horrible people and I hope karma bites them in the $#*! one day.
