I am so happy with these guys that host my website for me but looking back now, I think I was lucky that I found them. I have been with them for a year now but prior to that I was using a free blogging platform instead of paying a company to get my site live. After a while of using the free platform, I came across an article that listed many important reasons why you should swap a site over to a paid account.

Since it was the first time of looking for a paid host account, I really did not understand all the technical jargon that came with it. I didn't know what a cPanel was and I never thought to question a company on the percentage of uptime rate. I could have very easily ended up buying an account with a company that did not care.

Luckily for me, all turned out well. I signed up for an account and upon receiving all the information, I found step by step instructions and information on how to use the control panel within my account. There were also instructions on how to do other things like setting up a professional email address.

There was only one occasion when I got out of my depth and I decided to send a support ticket into the customer service department. With great surprise, they answered within 2 hours and my problem was sorted within three hours. While I know there are a lot of other host accounts out there with different features and prices, I would never dream of changing. This company has me in a safety net and I feel 100% positive about my blog being hosted by them. I should have used them from the beginning.
