3/10 update: To my surprise, after I had already given up on this, someone called my phone and personally resolved this problem for me. Though it ended up being more trouble than worth, I'm very thankful they made it right. Hopefully the glitch I experienced is a rare event because I'd otherwise be thrilled with my purchase.

I went to "redeem" my $50 gift card that I purchased for $42.50, it gave me an error message and said to try back in 10 minutes. When I came back, it said it had already been redeemed. It wasn't, they stole my money, and their customer support is designed to bounce you around and waste your time. DO NOT trust this company.
