I will update this review with the latest customer service information when they respond.
I have ordered two collars from this company. I clicked the length of collar and received the wrong size. Only communication with this company is by email which is slow when there is miscommunication.
In the reply email, the employee pointed out they only focus on actual neck size and not collar length which led to the wrong selection. The web site has this noted in very fine red print with smaller font which does not show up on all screens.
Ok, so in a reply email I explained I wanted the collars which have printed on them the number "24" for 24 inches. They said they understood and would send a replacement. They wanted me to write "refused" on the original envelope to get the wrong items back without paying the postage. Don't know if this is actually legal or honorable. I've always had a postage return label sent when something goes wrong with Amazon or other companies.

Still I got 2 new collars. Was excited till I read the labeling on the collar and realized they sent, AGAIN, the wrong collars and this time there is no excuse about misunderstanding or communication.

I am waiting for reply email now because again, there is no phone to call and directly speak to a person.

Will see if they can send the correct items or get a full refund. Last course is dispute via credit card, Will update this review when resolution is made.
