Please avoid this company. I returned a very expensive MaxMara coat on the 1/12/23 which they received on the 4/12/23. Complete radio silence and no refund, every time I called up (which was about 6 times) they said to wait 48 hrs for a response and they didn't know why I wasnt being refunded. Fast forward 5 weeks and I get a very curt email saying that I'd sent them an ASOS package and no refund would be isssued unless I explain. My £450 coat was gone, I had to fight and fight for a refund, not once did I get an explanation or an apology and when I eventually got a refund they said they were doing it out of 'good will' and that they has received an ASOS package. Please NEVER shop with this company. It was the most stressful, upsetting experience.
