They`re not paying for the loads and they`re working illegally. Their insurance company Pacific Financial Association (PFA) is not working with them, because the info about the ensured company is incorrect, they canceled their agreement with them in December 2022.
We picked up a load with this broker Travelers Auto Transport Inc and were not get paid for more than 30 days and broker bond was unsuccessful, due to the fact that they don`t have the insurance, so, that means that they're lying on the Central dispatch and Super dispatch accounts about their documents and the right to carry the Customers cars. So, we`re still not paid for the job we`ve done and who knows what can happen further.
Dear carriers, avoid them, that will be better for You.
Dear customers, avoid them, that will be better for the drivers which doing their job with respect and very carefully, but not in order for this "broker" to receive the money unfairly.
