I wanted to order some product, and the only choice it gave me was to create an account. I did not want to create an account, I wanted to do like I have done on other sites and order by being a guest. So I sent an email to customer service telling them that I was going to hold off on ordering product because I did not have a guest option.
Their response? The first sentence of their response to me was "In the time it took you to send this email you could have created an account."
Needless to say, I can hold off quite a while before I ever do business with this site.
