BEWARE!

On October 2,2023, we contacted HomeDepot.com to order an oven/range with specific features. HomeDepot.com misinformed us about an Amana model that was delivered on October 5,2023. It did not have the self-cleaning feature we requested.

On October 9,2023, we contacted HomeDepot.com and they told us to call the Home Depot Store closest to us. But they also denied an exchange for a GE model that has the self-cleaning feature, for which we are willing to pay an extra $100.00 for.

The Amana model was never used, but we quickly discovered that even when HomeDepot.com misrepresents a product, the company itself is willing to stiff their loyal customers and not call or email them to resolve an issue.

AARP has attempted to manipulate members into becoming a Democratic since its inception. Beware of their bias!

BEWARE of K9 Ballistics. Last week, Friday, I ordered two (large) Chew Proof Armored Dog Crate Pads. I promptly called the company and spoke to "Bianca" to change my order to two (extra large) Chew Proof Armored Dog Crate Pads. Instead of stopping the order, she stated the order was already shipped and I had to accept delivery, and then return the two large pads, subject to shipping charges of $30.00 X 2. At that point, I was dismayed with the self-centeredness K9 Ballistics was willing to portray. I received the two (large) Chew Proof Armored Dog Crate Pads this week. I filled out the applicable form on the K9 Ballistics website and submitted it, but I did not receive any return labels in my inbox. I called the company and spoke to "Francisco". He showed no interest in my complaint(s) and my suggestion to change K9 Ballistic's self-centeredness. He ultimately informed me that he had to get off the phone to help other customers. I had to call the company back because unlike other companies, it took a long time to receive the labels. On top of that, Francisco did not email me the discount code in case I still wanted to exchange the two large pads for two extra large pads. Again... K9 Ballistics is very self-centered. Unfortunately, unlike their competition, K9 Ballistics has shown they are extremely money hungry as well. Again, BEWARE!
