I ordered 2 items on 1/12/24 but I saw that I didn't get a confirmation but I will see when I will email them they will respond. What really got me so upset was the constant lying saying it was going to arrive on 2/2/24 then it switched to 2/4/24 then it said 2/13/24 and I was like wait! What's going on so I saw them saying oh sorry for the delay,it's on its way, we are out of stockā¦then someone asked me (the audacity)
if I wanted to pay a fee to expedite the orders Lordy
I thank God this conversation was through chat bc I would have cursed that person out.
They have Poor customer service
If I didn't reach out they would have never said anything to me.
It's my first time and it will be my last it
Left a bad outlook Never again.
They know better to refund my money!
