This company is absolute rubbish according to service and management. No support manager knows nothing. You always have to put a ticket even if you are using a managed server. They got no pieces of information about anything and will cost you from various hidden charges.

I was never good at online stuff as I was old school in my mid-60s but I knew there was a lot to explore if I found the right place.
