Tried refunding for my flight and despite the original airline giving a full refund, they were only able to give a partial amount of the full refund. Raised multiple disputes and yet every single time when presented with evidence all they can say its there is nothing I can do about it. Worst of all is that instead of refunding, they charged my card instead and sent an email saying they have refunded. Customer service is really bad and doesn't seem to know how to handle the situation at all. Avoid them at all cost.
