Amazon Direct Publisher is an exceptional service offering the absolute best of what you need to get your book out into the world. Not only do they offer editing, formatting, illustration, and marketing services. They will also format most file types! I can see this being especially useful for authors that are still repurposing eBooks from their blog or system and have not been able to find a design partner to convert them into a more apt format.
