If I could rate it minus points I would... you have to pay for an accommodation which you may not get, so this is one months rent plus a booking fee (mine was £280). I received the months rent back after the landlord did not respond however my booking fee of £280 was not refundable. It was a total waste of my money and time, thanks for nothing!
Tip for consumers:
My tip for you is don't go through erasmusu for accommodation unless you can risk losing money

I booked a room and I found out there are 4 of the exact same rooms in the exact same apartment...
