Having made a purchase recently on April15,2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4,2024. I will admit there was an error on my part where I accidentally purchased a 3 day pass when in fact I was wanting a 1 day pass. WHAT A SCAM, in this millennium where technology keeps us in touch globally STUBHUB can't find it within themselves to go into my purchase profile and edit my purchase?. Really?, its evident that this is a MONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWARE, FIND ALERNATE MEANS OF TICKET PURCHASES FOLKS. This company does not concern itself with it's consumers they take every means possible to not help you in anyway. Bare in mind that I was looking to edit my purchase not a refund of any sort, I end up making a second purchase as this was something my son really wanted to attend for his birthday. So They fished me in twice, I know I'm the sucker in the end, but you should also take into consideration who the fisherman is behind the rod.
