The company has been in contact with me and has graciously sent me a full refund. It seems their customer care is pretty good.

At first the battery seemed to work fine. It was calibrated fine and I could see in the Windows tray when it was charging and how much percentage was left. I checked the battery diagnostics and found the battery was made over 4 years ago. Then, after 1 month of use, the battery would no longer charge and the tray said there was 0% left and even though it was plugged in, it wouldn't charge.
It's been a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.
