I've had the Ring home alarm for about a year now. Everything keeps breaking and customer services says they can't help me! They are very rude and don't really care about what you're going through. Customer services honestly makes you feel like Ring has already made the money off of you since you've purchased all the equipment so they don't care if you're happy or not. I will honestly be throwing this stuff in the trash. Please don't waste your money.
Tip for consumers:
How terrible the products are. They really don’t last. They are decent in the beginning but be prepared to replace everything within 6 months.
