I paid them over two weeks ago and had to chase them for an update, they requested my phone details again and 10 minutes later responded telling me they dont have an unlock code for my iphone and that they MAY refund my order if I dont have another device that needs unlocking. Well I only have the one phone to unlock and since informing them of that they have gone quiet. No response to my emails requesting a refunding.
We offer customers to exchange their order if they have an alternative device to unlock instead of them having to submit another order on our website while waiting for their refund to process. And a lot of customers do appreciate the ability to exchange the order instead to save time. Second, there's absolutely no reason we would say we "may" refund your order or withold your refund if the code was not available. Refunds are not instant either, if we processed your refund on the same day, it takes time for refunds to reflect in your account. Standard with Paypal, banks and credit card companies.
