Advansys redesigned an existing website for us.
We launched a new haircare brand and the site we had in place did not match the look and feel of the products on shelf. We had briefed another company to create something beautiful but clinical and scientific to highlight our innovative haircare range. The result was far from clinical and very grey in appearance. Information was hard to find and overwhelming when the user did find it. The functionality of the site was not ideal. Advansys reviewed the site for us and gave us great feedback about poor SEO optimisation and warned us of security issues in the current site.
The first thing Advansys did for us was secure the site which meant we had time to focus and project deadlines we were all happy with. We worked closely with the team to provide a clear brief and highlight our expectations of Science Meets Beauty.
By having close contact and face to face meetings we overcame hurdles and achieved what we were looking for - we know we ask a lot at times! - and in time. In fact we brought forward the launch a couple of days and Advansys were very accommodating and met the new deadline.
We now have synergy between the website and the products on shelf. The site is clean looking and easy to navigate. Key messages jump out to the user and the overall look is perfect.
