I went to Pandora to buy my daughter a bracelet to have it in grade on it. Well, we noticed with the gold plated that it was scratching off so I took the bracelet back to Pandora, where they told me they wasn't responsible for that and that I would just have to eat it, and buy another charm, there is no way I would ever do business with Pandora again because they don't stand by the product.
