Placed an order on 9/16 that is yet to ship, they are very rude when you call. It has now gotten almost funny at the lack of customer service. I have contacted them repeatedly to be told their system is down and they do not know when my items will ship BUT can not cancel because they are in the warehouse... DO THEY EVEN HAVE A WAREHOUSE! Total and complete rip off... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FAKES! My bank also has an open inquiry because they have had multiple complaints. I received an email stating one of my items was being credited as it was not fulfilled, that credit was never issued. 2 remaining items are still stating as NEW order and they refuse to give me a date that this might happen.
