This is the worst "company" I have ever dealt with the customer service was disgusting. They didn't respond to emails. I had to make complaints through after pay and Department of fair trading. I will never purchase from them again and I don't recommend anyone else purchasing from them, do not waste your time and money
Tip for consumers:
I placed an order as a gift and did not hear anything after making the purchase for three weeks and then commenced emailing the customer service to which I receive. No response to my email and then contacted after pay to query transaction as I felt this was a scam site. After they contacted the company I received an email to say my item was being shipped soon. I responded not to bother I had purchased elsewhere and please just cancel and refund my order. This email was ignored and a few weeks la
