I made an online order of a 52 inch Sharp TV on a Saturday because of the advertised lower price. Called them on Monday to confirm the order. I was promised on the phone that the order is confirmed.
Nothing happened for a couple of days so I called back again. I was told that my order was cancelled. I told them that I didn't cancel the order. The C/S guy looked up something and came back to say that the order is not cancelled but the TV is on backorder now. I pointed out their web status says it is in stock. He said there was nothing he could do. So I asked about how long I had to wait. He said he didn't know. At that point, I cancelled the order. A total waste of my time. They had no intention to sell the TV as far as I can tell. The worst online site and customer service I have ever encountered. I'm staying away from this site and advise others do the same.
