I ordered two bottles of my favourite perfume over a month ago. I waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived. By this time we were well into April so I sent and email questioning the status of my order, 3 days later I received an emailed advising they didn't have this perfume and were expecting end of the following month, that is I assume May. So I requested that they cancel the order and fully refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago, I sent 2 emails over the weekend querying when to expect the refund and was told that they would escalate this. I told them they had until close of business Tuesday to refund my money... if you received a refund, so did I.
I am still waiting for a $178.00 refund.
Their service is appalling, their communication and business ethics even worse. Think before you buy from this MOB.
