Education Culture is the only company I've worked for as I'm a fresher. Just passed out from college in Jan 2022. Three months down the line, I am working here as IT engineer. No doubt, this organization offers extensive training to you, which sometimes gets difficult for you but in the end the training benefits you only. Your skills get polished and you grow. Then, once you begin working with them, you grow even more. Everyday is a learning experience. The directors and management understand that as a fresher you'll make errors, mistakes. They never doubt your skills because of your mistakes. Rather, they encourage you to work freely. They say that they know we learn by making mistakes. Thank God I joined this company where the directors and everyone is so understanding. If I joined some strict company, obviously I would face troubles as many of my fresher friends also faced.
