We have purchased multiple dresses each year for the last four years. Last two years service has been poor and very disappointing.
Following this years purchase, the shipment date changed by 2 weeksand we won't get the dresses in time for homecoming, and no option for a refund only store credit. It's sad that a business is quick to take your $$ and less interested in ensuring they honor their shipping agreement. Didn't even notify us of the delay, we had to follow up with them repeatedly. Looking to purchase elsewhere from now on.

Tip for consumers:
This company should honor their shipping agreements made when you purchase and consider refunds when they make an error their end that affects their customers and not in a small way
