Cascadia is a fantastic workout community! Every class is different, and every single time you'll leave sore and smiling. The coaches are wonderful people: they are super knowledgeable, personable and fun, and will push you Hard. I've been going for over a year and I have never found a better way to keep motivated and get in shape. Thanks guys!
