My email has been arriving in the Junk mail folder and Homestead Technologies has not been able to fix it for over a MONTH. They tried blaming me and my device setup for the problem and told me to delete the mailbox from all my devices. That failed to solve the problem and my emails continued to arrive in the junk mail folder on the Homestead server. Then they told me to delete the mailbox from all my devices AND on the Homestead (Roundcube) server... and after following their instructions I lost over six years of my email. The ineptitude of Tech Support is astonishing. There are at least five "Help Tickets" open in the Homestead's "Advanced Team" department and nobody seems to know what to do. I have called for help at least ten times, nobody ever checks my account history, I always have to start from scratch and they all script me over and over and over but do not solve the problem. My advice is stay with GoDaddy.
