I PLCED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ON THE 2nd of April 2022 it is now the 25th of may and I have not recieved my items… the items they are posting are not in stock and you have to wait, why place items on your site for sale and it is out of stock and they will not let you know until a week into your order, only after messaging to find out why your order is taking so long. They are not honest and reliable and the best they can do for not providing good service is an apology after a month and two months still waiting it will be sorry for the delay. There are better places to shop online and save a buck. Plus the quality of clothing is not the best, for all the head ache it is not worth saving $10. Hope this helps someone.

STAY AWAY THE HEADACHE IS NOT WORTH SAVING $10

Please I beg you do not waste your money here. I ordered hair from this company over two weeks ago for my sisters wedding for me and the brides extensions. Before I ordered I contacted their customer service to make sure the hair will be here on time as this hair is for the brides hair and I really don't want to add to any stress of not having the hair on time and I was assured yes 100% it will be on time. The hair arrived 5 days later. I contacted their customer service before it arrived and my sisters wedding passed to let them know I will no longer need the hair because what I needed it for the wedding and the wedding has passed, it was a huge disaster! I was told to email customer service to ask for return address. You are suppose to ask for a return address the address is not provided on the site… I have been emailing customer service for the past two and a half weeks and everytime they send me a message back they will ask over and over for me to keep the hair and they will offer me a 5% discount to keep the hair… It has been 6 emails back and forth and all emails asking me to keep the hair when I clearly ask for the address and demand that the next email should be with the address but they have refused to send me the address to send back their products… I have spent $600 on this hair and I have no use for it, plus their customer service stinks at this point and I would never even consider keeping or shopping on their site again… I am still awaiting the shipping address to this day, they have refused to answer any more of my emails and I do not know what to do. Please save yourself the heartache L, there are better ligitimate honest companies out there you can buy hair from and they will honour their return policies and respect their customers. STAY AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY
