It pains me to have to agree with all the other reviews.
I got the same sobstory from 'julia' and the same type of pseudo-friendly mail from 'juliette' after I complained about the delay.
It pains me even more because I actually did lose my mother a few months back and actually sympathised.
I want to file an international complaint against these persons and would like to know what everyone else did to get their money back and get justice
