I ordered 3 items as a set for a baby gift. I just received an email cancelling 1 item and immediately started a chat, saying I did not want the other 2 matching items. I was told orders could not be modified once placed. But HA had just modified the order! Two different chats ended when HA hanging up on me. I love the quality of HA clothing and it has always been my "go to" vendor for my grandkids and baby gifts, so I was totally shocked to learn how rude HA's staff is! What kind of a company treats its customers this way?
