Firstly I had to ask when the work will be completed
I am not sure how much time was allocated to analyze the work that I requested. I had given sufficient background for the essay that needed improving. I gave feedback from my lecturer as my reflection was biased. This Mark person highlighted most of the work I did in red when all you did is to rephrase or add a phrase. No in-text citation and had to ask for references. The grammar is extremely shocking, especially joining some of my sentences with substandard English and making them very wordy. I am extremely disappointed. I have to redo the essay required and the question is what exactly did I pay you for? This is a masters level assignment, not a high school assignment. How do you expect one to submit/pay for this substandard work?
