I order 4 tires for $278.00 on October 28th of this year and I never received a tracking number or any updates. It says it ships/delivers through fedex within a few days yet I haven't gotten any email back about my order at all just a order number. I could be inpatient but I am positive I was supposed to get a tracking number by now considering the website says the order would be to the customer in a few days rather than weeks or whatever the case may be.
Such delays are not the norm and we do apologize about the entire situation. Your Order was supposed to be shipped on the 31st, not the 1st; on top of that our automated system failed and did not provide you with the Tracking Number right away.
We can advise that we've taken steps to alleviate issues like this and are doing our best to ensure that we always ship on time and inform our customers correctly!
