“I never got my contacts or refund to date”

I ordered several contacts. I'm a repeat customer. No response until I reached out saying I'm filing a claim. Instead of sending remaining order. They are saying full refund, but nothing. Now it's not showing on the venue I ordered on I'm filing a claim with PayPal & my bank. Be careful sending money for a product that won't deliver.

Tip for consumers:
Never received refund, never received product at this date and time.
